What does it all mean?

Okay, it is going to get deep....
What does it all mean?
To the deepest core what is meaning to life? DO I have the answer? No! Do you? Possibly.
A journey in answering this question takes a commitment into and an investment of You. It requires self transformation, that you can't get answer from anyone but yourself. From the experience of your own being or inner psyche. What does it mean to be? Well who is "being" you? I believe that the answer is to keep on digging, questioning, and dig deep into the depths of your own internal well. You will find a well of weath, into your own mirror. What makes your life, and gives reason to keep operating into living. Is it you, that you feel a little disconnected to, rather than the world around you? Get connected to You. Contemplate. Question. Dig. Meditate. Reflect. Dive into the face of fear, listen to the loud slience, run into the darkness. See the ugly self critic you carry nagging you throughout, and get to know the reasons of why you chose to believe it all as real? Is it grounded reality? or just the imagination of the mind. What's the worst that could happen? Try it out for yourself don't trust me trust YOU.

Why Yoga

Why yoga?

from my personal experience yoga has helped to shape me into the person I am today. Yoga has given me, a reflective journey of an inner inquiry to relate to the external world in a more focused grounded way. Having the opportunity to teach Yoga in Toronto, and practice with some of the greatest teachers in the City has made learn the discipline that is Yoga. Yoga is not some out there idea, you don't have to be flexible, but an open heart and mind always helps when trying something new out.
