Why Yoga

Why yoga?

from my personal experience yoga has helped to shape me into the person I am today. Yoga has given me, a reflective journey of an inner inquiry to relate to the external world in a more focused grounded way. Having the opportunity to teach Yoga in Toronto, and practice with some of the greatest teachers in the City has made learn the discipline that is Yoga. Yoga is not some out there idea, you don't have to be flexible, but an open heart and mind always helps when trying something new out.

Winter blues?

Try out one of my Yoga classes, take a few moments for some rest and relaxation and self care to have more capacity to help others. Come learn what all the buzz is about and how can Yoga reshape and vamp up your life. From the inside out, sweat, stretch, and strengthen in this work out for the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga is very integrative and
activates both the right and left sides of the brain, giving a inter-hemisphere kind of work out.
